Who is Foundry Labs?
Founded in 2022 by David Randell. After seeing independent shops struggle to get reliable stock, Foundry Labs was built to fix one thing, uncertainty. Retailers couldn’t trust wholesalers, brands couldn’t control pricing, and stock flow was unstable. We stepped in to create a clean, structured procurement and distribution model built for independent retailers and specialist operators across the UK.
Today, we work directly with trusted UK and EU manufacturers and established brand partners, moving verified products through our Leicester-based warehouse with fast turnaround and consistent supply. The goal stays the same: stable pricing, predictable stock flow, and clear communication at every step.

Meet Our Founder
David built Foundry Labs out of necessity, not ambition.
After years of working with independent retailers and trade businesses, he kept seeing the same problem repeat itself - good shops were struggling to get reliable stock, while brands were losing control of their pricing and market presence due to weak, inconsistent wholesalers.
Margins were unstable. Supply was unpredictable. Stores were constantly firefighting instead of growing.
David saw an opportunity to fix the gap.
Foundry Labs was created to give both sides something the market lacked — a structured, professional procurement and distribution partner that actually protects margins, ensures product integrity, and provides stable, predictable supply.
What started as a small operation helping a handful of local retailers has grown into a multi-category distribution network serving stores across the UK.
