Foundry Labs is a UK procurement and distribution partner built to remove uncertainty from modern retail.
Founded in 2022 by David Randell, the business was created after seeing the same issues repeat across independent retail: unreliable wholesalers, unstable pricing, inconsistent stock flow, and brands losing control of how and where their products were sold.
Retailers couldn’t plan.
Brands couldn’t protect pricing.
Supply chains were fragmented and reactive.
Foundry Labs was built to fix that.
Today, we work directly with trusted UK and EU manufacturers and established brand partners, moving verified products through our Leicester-based warehouse with fast turnaround and predictable supply.

David built Foundry Labs out of necessity, not ambition.
After years working with independent retailers and trade businesses, David saw the same issue repeated again and again.
Retailers struggled to secure reliable stock, while brands lost control of pricing and market position through inconsistent, poorly managed wholesale channels.
