What does it cost?

A flat monthly fee and nothing else. No percentage of sales, no commission, no add-ons. The fee is set by the size of your catalogue, and it covers the account, the listing rebuild, the brand protection work and the reporting. Everything the channel earns above that fee is yours. It is a rolling monthly retainer and we put the exact number in writing before anything starts.

Question 2

Do you need access to my Amazon account?

We open a Seller Central account in your company name, or work inside the one you already have. Either way it is registered to you, the bank details are yours, and the money lands with you. We are users on that account, not owners. If we ever part company you change our access and everything stays exactly where it is.

Question 3

What happens to my existing resellers and distributors?

Accepted Answer

Nothing changes in your trade and wholesale relationships. What changes is what happens on Amazon. We identify who is listing your products without authorisation and use Brand Registry to remove them. Your approved distributors carry on supplying the accounts they supply. It is the unauthorised sellers undercutting each other on your own product page that go.

Question 4

How quickly will I see anything?

Week one is the appraisal. By the end of week two the account is open and Brand Registry is in. Weeks three and four are the clean-up and the listing rebuild. You should be trading a full month under your own account inside thirty days, with the numbers reported back to you.

Question 5

What if it doesn't work?

Accepted Answer

The appraisal costs you nothing and you keep it either way. After that we work to an agreed term, and the account is in your name from day one, so there is nothing to unwind if you walk. You remove our access and carry on with a cleaner catalogue, a registered brand and listings that are better than when we found them.
